The JSM calendar allows you to reduce the number of Jira licenses required, as it can be accessed by users who do not have Jira authorization.

Customers will be able to view events only in the calendars that have been set up, regardless of the calendar's permission settings. Issue-related events will only be visible to customers who have access to Jira.

To activate the calendar on the customer portal, navigate to:

APP -> DOITBETTER CALENDAR -> Service Management Configuration.

Here, you can select the calendars you wish to display on the customer portal. Multiple calendars can be added, and all events will be listed in the menu at the bottom of the calendar.
